ranked match disconnection

i have 2 consoles . when me and my brother(without gold) play ranked match in the same lobby then one of us gets kicked out while loading map .. every single time . and when we play in separate ranked lobby then no disconnection happens .. please hel !!

I GOT RESET IN GEARS OF WAR 3

Sometimes also Epic "reset" some users level because the number of disconnections in ranked matches, also plus the "lost of the personal data sub-product of a wrong disconnection" so it's kind odd, but as they said, if you don't have a backup of your profile,
you don't have any chances to getting back your progress status,

I got disconnected 3 times is TDM non Ranked but for some reason my stats say I have. I have never lagged in a ranked game. Quick Match I have.

Do not sign into Xbox Live during a Gears loading screen. This will put your level back to 1.

If you were deranked from 14 to 13, you probably incurred a disconnect match penalty for quitting or disconnecting from a match that brought you down a rank.

Another thing I'm finding out is that the Ranking system itself is broken. I was at half XP on Rank 15. I lost a match to a Rank 20 and I lost a smidgen of XP, as I'm supposed to. I then played against a Rank 11 and near the end of the match we had a pretty
crazy desync, in which his character continued to fight even though I had taken their entire life bar. All they did was stand at the far end of the arena and kept using a medium attack into the open air. Shortly afterward the match disconnected. Upon winning
a battle against a Button Masher, my XP gauge had dropped all the way to the end and it showed I had lost 5 additional matches. I then won a match against a person of the same rank and then another against a Rank 18 and BAM I then won 5 more additional phantom
matches and I almost ranked all the way to Rank 16. This doesn't make any sense.

Hit 'multiplayer' on the main screen and pick which game mode you want to play. Then select RANKED, or custom games.
