Rank and discount never happened

Discus and support Rank and discount never happened in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So my account seems to be stuck under rank 1 and I could have sworn I made purchases from when I started this to now but none show up to count for it....     So my account seems to be stuck under rank 1 and I could have sworn I made purchases from when I started this to now but none show up to count for it. Anyone know what's up?

    I dunno if its ever happened to me, I never really notice my rank until I sit at 55 for a while.

    Hey HOLYFRIEDMONKEY,

    It sounds like you may not be aware of the VIP recalibrations that occur annually. MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous
    year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017).
