Rank & Achievements Not updating

Respectfully, I would like to inquire why my account has not received any updates on its status and achievements for Gears of Wars Ultimate edition because it has been a few weeks from now and I have no knowledge of what the root cause of this restriction
is.

I am really confused about what is happening and would like to seek your assistance on this matter,

Thus, I would also appreciate your feedback and your gracious reconsideration if in any case I have violated any rules or what should I do to regain my stats and achievements.

I have also spoken with your support here and would help me greatly if you can at least review our transcript tied to case number 1330419108:

Yeah,some phone/chat support have little knowledge on how the forums work & quite often give out the wrong info.

If none of those steps work then you need to fill out the survey at the bottom of the page I linked.
