    This has happened to me on two Xbox ones, one being a regular one and now on my new Xbox one S. While in the middle of a game, (even offline games) I'll get signed out of my profile which cuts me out of the game without saving my recent progress. It's extremely
    irritating and I just want to know how to stop this from happening. This also happens at LEAST once a day. Thank you

    There have been two separate instances of my account randomly signing out, and forcing me to have to log back in. It has not happened more than one time per instance, and I have had no problems after I log back in. I went to check the recent activity of
    my account and it said both times that there had been an unsuccessful login from the same IP address that I normally log in from, I am wondering what this means, and if I should go about changing the necessary security information. Any help would be greatly

    Hey there MisterBorrego,

    Sorry to hear about the randomly signing out issue. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Please try the everything in the exact order it's written in: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)
    IN A ROW
    ,
    restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.
