Randomly lost 8,455 gamerscore from my account!? Help!

I was playing Sunset Overdrive when I unlocked a achievement an then went to look at my total overall score to notice it had been deducted 8,455 points it went from 162,345 to 153,890! I tried hard resetting my Xbox One, Unplugging my console, factory reset,
even went as far to unlock a achievement hoping it was just a bug an my score would go back to normal and nothing. I called Xbox Support an after talking to 3 separate employees who had no solutions they sent me here. When my friends look at my account they
see the 153k score and under my profile I see the 153k score but if I click on the leaderboard tab it shows my normal 162,345 score as shown in the pictures below. I even went as far as to tally up my score from each individual game with a calculator to make
sure I wasnt losing it and it came out to 162,345....if anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

hello my name is reece and my account got hacked and from it being hacked my account then got banned which since it was banned i have lost 3000 gamerscore roughly and 3/4months xbox live please may you help me

As i have lost out on alot and i would like to know what i can do

 

Randomly lost over 6,000 gamerscore

I randomly lost over 6,000 gamerscore it shows 0 gamerscore for over 5 of my games but when I select the game it shows I have gamerscore for those games

 

Same, just lost less. Seemed to happen right after I unlocked an achievement in Arkham Knight actually. Assuming this is becoming a known issue.

 

It appears to be a bug that's affecting a few people recently.You are not the first to have this happen within the past few days.

No idea why it happens but you should get the missing Gamerscore back within a couple of days.
