    Hello, I have an Xbox One and I can connect just fine and be playing and I randomly loose connection. I have done all of the test like shutting it down checking internet connection etc and nothing helps. I just got a new router as well to see if that was
    it but still loosing connection. There are other items in the home that do not loose connection only the Xbox One

    any help would be appreciated

    I'd be happy to help troubleshoot. How is your Xbox One connected to your router? Wirelessly or wired?

    If wired is it directly connected to the router? If wireless, do you know the band (5GHz or 2.5GHz for example) it's connected on? Do you know how many devices you have connected wirelessly and/or wired?

    Also when are you seeing the disconnection, is it during regular intervals, like consistently 15 minutes after playing, or does it seem more random?

    Something else to look at, would be to open the ports used by Xbox Live, and listed

    here
    on your router.

    I'd be happy to help troubleshoot. How is your Xbox One connected to your router? Wirelessly or wired?

    Xbox Series X still stuck on 480p on LG Oled C1 55” after Start up

    I had set it to automatic. When I changed to HDMI and back to automatic it gave me only 1440p as an option. I then checked allow 4K in order to get 4K back. It keeps happening randomly. As well as the fact that the controllers loose their connection.

    Constant Disconnects on XBox Live

    I have a similar issue with my old Belkin router, it would just randomly restart on me. Here are some things to look out for...

    1. Is it just your XBOX that is loosing connection, or is it all the devices connected to your router?

    2. (This one may sound silly) If you have a wireless landline phone in your home, check to see if you loose your internet connect when the phone rings. It turns out that one of my phones was interfering with my router when it would ring.

    3. Also do what FireSlayer stated above, when you loose your connection check the status lights of the router.

    I would suggest doing a factory reset on your router first, and if you have no success try changing the frequency of your router.
