randomly got a communication ban

so i have not been able to pay for internet for a week an a half an i jus sent some casual greeting messages to some friends like hello how are you an nothing at all bad or inappropriate an then i go to say goodbye to a friend getting off then it said i
had been banned or something an am not allowed to message anyone it said something like regulation or something like that an all i can guess is i have a random communication ban for no reason with no clear or explained date on when it will end it could be
jus a day or a week or a year even i have never said anything bad to get banned but the same thing happened to me 1 year ago an it was supposed to be for a week but i took it up with the right people an with picture proof i was cleared the next day but now
i have no way to take it up with anyone to get this removed an it seems a bit wierd an fishy that this is happening to me i am thinking that some xbox admin or something is abusing there authority an abilities as an admin to randomly mess with an abuse random
peoples accounts with things like bans an reports an thing to get them in trouble an get there accounts permanently banned even some of my close friends told me either by a new account or in person that there xbox account was permanently banned for no reason
an me an my friends are all nice people that don't do bad things to get banned an we always back away from anything bad that could get us in trouble an now i feel like i am being targeted next so i will be forced into silence about this admin abuse an other
things by having my account threatened to be permanently banned or by being permanently banned i even got messages from a supposed admin account saying that they knew where i lived an could come after me but my account got hacked by that same supposed admin
account an all the messages i saved an reported were deleted an the reports never went anywhere i had to use my backup to restore my account an change my password so what should i do now
