    Hey everyone,

    I'm sorry to hear about the disconnecting issues. When you guys have a chance, I would suggest trying out our Xbox 360 Disconnect Solution Troubleshooter to
    see if we can get things sorted.

    If trying out the troubleshooter above doesn't do the trick for you and since there are quite a few of you guys posting in here about possible different
    situations, I would then suggest creating a new thread detailing what you're experiencing more specifically. When you make your new thread, be sure to list out all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried and any error messages or codes you may be receiving.
    This way you can receive support catered just for you from our community! Thanks so much!
