Randomly getting banned

Discus and support Randomly getting banned in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I played one game today and got banned while being otp not headset on I didn’t speak to anyone and I got banned for 24 hrs how is this even possible...     So I played one game today and got banned while being otp not headset on I didn’t speak to anyone and I got banned for 24 hrs how is this even possible

    you can if you stay in the lobby using the mods.

    the average modded lobby,when joined randomly, does not unlock all your achievements.

    You can't get banned for randomly getting throw into a modded match in WaW or Modding Warfail 2. If you did Xbox Live would lose half the community.

    Thank you. I realized the ban is until 1:50 am tomorrow (since yesterday) so i will just deal with it. However, if i get banned randomly again i will be extremely pissed and definitely appeal it.

    The enforcement team does not give out enforcement actions with doing an investigation, so people randomly reporting you will not get you ban unless the find an actionable offence.

    i agree with foreverlove007... my console randomly gets banned... im also considering of going over to PS3 unless this can be resolved.. my gamer tag is connell003
