Randomly get signed out of my Xbox live account

you can also go to https://account.microsoft.com/security/ and select Sign in activity to see if there are any sign in attempts that weren't you.

if there are you should also check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to see if there are any unauthorised purchases.

if you find that someone has been using your account go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution.

So...update. HBO Go doesn't work either. And now I'm randomly getting signed out of xbox live and it takes multiple tries to sign back in

im having a similar problem and have no answer. anytime I try to play online I get disconnected from xbox live I get the message saying I was disconnected. I have two accounts. mine and my girlfriends. when she is signed in there is no problems but when
I am signed in we both randomly get disconnected. it can be imidiate, in a few minutes or at most an hour and takes 5 min to reconnect unless I sign out of my account.

I believe it may be my internet cutting in and out because I'm having difficulties with my connection, so I'll see what happens after I connect back. Thanks for the tips!
