randomly freeze

Hi,

FH3 randomly freeze, blue screen collecting error info, I can't do anything after machine restart itself.

ON THE BLUE SCREEN: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED dxgmms2.sys

Doesn't matter which car I use, or where I go, Freeze all time happened in free drive /not in race/.

I have lot of game, only FH3 one do this.

I have Forza 7, Forza 6 apex premium. Dirt4, Project cars 2 ...and lot. No problem with those games.

system:

Intel i7 3770 3.4

ram 12Gb

Asus Rog Stix 1070 8Gb

Windows 10 pro 64bit with last update /it is on auto update, but I checked, it said no more update/

I can play ultra quality all, 1080p 60Hz

I deleted the game and install again, not helped.

I can't play!

I bought an xbox one only for this stupid error, because nobody want to help me. 'Thanks' for the developers :-/

My console is freezes randomly when this game is running, and randomly crashing after completing a match.

 

Skype crashes

Skype is like the worst program ever written. It has had horrible memory leak issues for years, you can have a brand new rig with 8gb ram and a top of the line processor and it will still just randomly freeze out on pc for zero reason. It gets picked up by antivirus all the time, downloads can just randomly not send, yuck.

You didn't read what I wrote. You just sent me nothing.

If you wrote, you can see:

-I deleted, and install again the game

-I don't have windows problem at all, because all other game working fine, so I not destroy ma machine, because this useless game.

On this week I bought, and installed the 2 extension dlc /hot wheels, and B mountain/ , the game stop working.

When I started the game I saw only a window flash. So it want to start, but close straight away.No error message, no nothing.

So I bought the dlc-s but I can't try at all, and now I can't play with the game at all.

Forza7 is starting, and I can play, Forza6 apex pro starting, and I can play, and lot lot game starting and I can play no problem.

ONLY FH3 not working on my machine! Great!

I have a slow internet connection, so I need a week to download again...... thanks for take my money, and give nothing!

The freezes not fixed.

Only the second part /the game didn't starting at all/ solved, Somehow the windows update turned off, and this is why I can't start the game at all.

I think you have to fix this. If windows10 update is dissabled, the game won't start at all.

How I solved: in forum one guy told me, to check "services.msc" - windows updates - if there is dissabled, turn it to manual.

And this was the problem.

How I wrote I don't care you, I see how disgusting developers are you, you don't care customers.

We know the game have problem, but this is old game, and you don't care about it.

Here are steps to Run the sfc /scannow command on CMD:

1. Go to the start menu.

2. Search or go to the Command Prompt.

3. Type this below the following command.

” sfc/scannow “

4. After that, press Enter there.

5. Wait for some seconds there.

6. After complete, close the tab.

Method 3

Here are steps on how to check corrupted hard drives:

1. Go to the start menu.

2. Search or go to the CMD (Command Prompt).

3.Type this following command there.

” CHKDSK /F “

4. Press enter.

6. After that, close the tab.
