Randomly Disconnecting from Xbox Live

Hey I'm having big problems with my connection on Xbox Live.

I got BT Infinity about 9 months ago, and it was working great with my Xbox 360. But since about a month ago, it's been really playing up.

I sign in to Xbox Live, it'll work for about 5-10 mins and then disconnect me. If I sign back in, it'll work for 5 mins and then disconnect.

I tested my internet speed and I have a ping of 31ms, 80Mbps Download and 25Mbps Upload. The Internet works perfectly everywhere in my house, except with the Xbox.

The Xbox is also wired into my router.

I asked my dad, who is really good with computers etc., and he says that he's sure that the problem is not at my end, but at Microsoft's end instead.

Does anyone know what I should do, because this is really starting to bug me.

Today my xbox just started to randomly disconnecting from Live and I dont know why any help?

 

Estou no Brasil e tambem estamos passando pelo mesmo problema a aproximadamente uns 30 dias! Nessa ultima semana havia normalizado esse problema, mas ontem dia 17-04-2015 a live deu bug e desconectou todo mundo e ninguem conseguia mais se conectar, e hoje
18-04-2015 o problema recomeçou! A cada 10 minutos aproximadamente sou desconectado da live! Falo por mim e por outros amigos que jogam comigo, mas nao acharam o forum pra postar tal reclamação devida a todo o forum ser em ingles\1 liguei no 0800 do suporte
live e me aconselharm a abrir esse relato aqui no forum! \Esperamos por alguma resposta, pois da forma que esta nao d pra ficar! abraços

xKlyno84, hello, you could try getting in touch with BT. And see what they can do. As they could try and reset your router. And see if that makes a difference if not. Post back here thanks

I have done , and they say that live in this maintenance! ai ask you : 30 days of maintenance

I'm under BT internet. And it works just fine. But it could be Microsoft but my sister is with bt in the same house. And we do not have trouble what did they say to you?

 

They said the problem is most likely at Microsoft's end.
