Randomly disconnecting from Xbox Live

I need this issue fixed ASAP! This is extremely annoying and I need help. Every time I'd be playing any game I would disconnect from Xbox Live. I've tried resetting my router plenty of times doesn't work, and I know this is an Xbox problem because I've tried
connecting to 3 different internet connections and the same problem happens.

The way you describe your situation, I would say that data associated with your gamer profile might have become corrupted.

Let's try the following two methods up front, and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

Delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

Before you delete your profile, you have to know the login credentials (username & password) for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache (three times in a row)

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Repeat this process three times in a row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

 

Going to try that and keep you updated.

 

Still disconnected... Any other suggestion?

 

I think this made it worse now because each game I get into I disconnect, it used to be I would disconnect every other game.

 

Can you go into your console's network settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection, and let me know if you see an error code, or an error message.

Beside titles, are you able to stay connected to Live by browsing the Xbox Live Marketplace, or any other services for that matter?

Browse through your console's storage device, to make sure it doesn't contains any corrupted contents/data. Corrupted contents are shown with a yellow exclamation mark. If you find any corrupted data, delete it.

 

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.

I haven't disconnected ever since I deleted that corrupt file..
