Randomly disconnecting from xbox live

When ever i play games i randomly get disconnected from live. I have gotten disconnected while on youtube,skyrim, especially when i play world of tanks and gta 5. When i play world of tanks i get kicked off immediately before i even get to the garage.
I have done everything clear system cache about 5 time, deleted my profile and re download it, unplugged my modem/router plenty of times, went into network settings and restored to factory defaults. My service provider is comcast. The name of the router is
technicolor TC8305C. There was another thread and everyone was having the same problem i am having and they all had that same router. But that thread got closed for some reason. Everyone in the thread tryed everything i did, contacted microsoft support and
all. I dont know what to do i cant play any of my games only ones with campaigns but even i those ones kick me of sometimes. Can someone please help i know that alot of these dont get commented on but can someone comment on mine so i can maybe solve this problem.

Today my xbox just started to randomly disconnecting from Live and I dont know why any help?

Sorry to hear about the disconnect issues. Which steps have you tried so far? Are you using any other routers or modems with your Technicolor? I would be sure that the Technicolor's firmware is up to date, and that you have disabled the firewall on the Technicolor.
To get logged into the Technicolor router and disable firewall,
follow this post here. Try those two suggestions and let us know how it goes! If it doesn't work, be sure to post back with the information we need!

 

Hey, Demi! To echo what Mister Beep said, I'm very sorry to see about the disconnect issues! If you could, I'm looking to find out which type of Xbox 360 you've got. You should have either the original 360, the 360 S, or the 360 E. If you aren't sure which
one you have, you can determine this by the kind of power button you have:

• Xbox 360 Original: White or Black power button (depending on which color console you have).
  
• Xbox 360 S: Silver/chrome power button that is touch sensitive, larger circle.
  
• Xbox 360 E: Silver/chrome power button that needs to be pushed in like the Original console, smaller circle.

I have deleted my profile and re downloaded it. I have cleared system cache. I went to network settings clicked on configure network and restored to factory defaults. This randomly started happening and still is but i have no clue what the problem is. I
deleted games and re downloaded them. Im using a wired connection now and im having to same problems.
