Randomly Disconnecting from xbox live while trying to play multiplayer games.

I am connecting to a TC8305C Router and being disconnected from xbox live every 3-5 minutes while trying to play games in with multiplayer, I have tested my connection I am getting 51mbps download speed a 13ms ping and 13up. I have enabled Upnp on my router
as well as zero configuration, also have disabled the firewall. none of these things helped. I then went and assigned a static IP to my xbox and set the DNS servers accordingly, all to no avail. I get randomly disconnect from xbox live parties, am unable to
join any multiplayer lobbies. I have literally no Idea what else to do. any suggestions would help.

How to add IPv6 to my Xbox one?

hey my Xbox one has been randomly disconnecting from the Xbox live servers during multiplayer games and has gotten extremely irritating. So I'm wondering if adding IPv6 will help solve my problem. If anyone knows how to fix my problem or add IPv6, please
let me know.

 

Xbox Live Keeps Disconnecting!

forgot to mention... Xbox live keeps disconnecting while trying to play Kinect Adventures and even when just looking through the xbox dashboard.

 

when I get disconnected from xbox live my error code is 8015190E, if that helps at all

 

I have had the same problem, im begining to think it is a Console error

Hey, guys! I'm very sorry to see about the disconnect issues with your Comcast device! If you could, I'm looking to find out which type of Xbox 360 you've got. You should have either the original 360, the 360 S, or the 360 E. If you aren't sure which one
you have, you can determine this by the kind of power button you have:

• Xbox 360 Original: White or Black power button (depending on which color console you have).
  
• Xbox 360 S: Silver/chrome power button that is touch sensitive, larger circle.
  
• Xbox 360 E: Silver/chrome power button that needs to be pushed in like the Original console, smaller circle.

I'm having sort of the same problem, I can't even connect to any online multiplayer servers.

 

I'm having the same issues, starting yesterday while playing destiny on the Xbox 360 I started noticing that ive gotten kicked out of parties randomly. And I would also be kicked off of Xbox live and have to sign in again. I'm using the new Comcast xfinity
router/modem . I ran a speed test 4 times on different websites and these were my resluts on average . ping: 7 download: 10.5 upload :8.7. I have the original xbox 360 (white)If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it

 

Hmm, i don't think this is a Xbox live service issue.

I had this issue awhile ago, seemed some "hacker" tried to "Ddos" me and it messed up my router.

To fix your router, you may need to reset it to factory settings, as your router stores memory and its flooded with "datadatadata" which is making you unable to connect to Xboxlive correctly.

You can find out how to reset your router by typing your routers brand and the following:

And also change all settings to automatic on your console, otherwise the manual settings you put won't be detected by your router.
