Randomly disconnecting from LIVE? Help!

Sometimes ill be playing a game and it will just randomly disconnect me. It's really starting to get on my nerves. But the wierd thing is, it doesn't disconnect me when I'm playing Titanfall, or Murder Miners, and maybe there are a few more it won't disconnect
me on, but the games I really like to play the most like Black Ops 2 and GTA Online, it will disconnect me at a random time. On a bad day, I will stay connected for less than 5 minutes, and on a good day I may be able to play for a half hour. But now I can't
barely rank up in GTA because it will disconnect me while doing a mission, and then when I come back it will say if I quit I will be a bad sport, and I don't want to be put in the dunce lobbies. Please help!

The only suggestion i could offer is just resetting everything,router, console etc,but no doubt you have tried that already.
