Randomly Disconnecting From COD/GTA

Thank you for taking the time to read this post. This problem had been happening to me for almost 2 years now. Whenever I turn on GTA 5, or any Call of Duty game, in like 5 minutes my Xbox disconnects from Live. When I'm lucky I can play one round, but nine
times out of ten, I randomly disconnect. I have TimeWarnerCable as my internet company. I've tried everything please help! (Please walk me through step by step when explaining about the modem!)

My xbox 360 disconnects from live when loading game

Hi my xbox 360 keeps disconnecting from xbox live when loading games!! I thought it was a disc error at first with my cod disc but just purchased gta v. And it is doing it again !! Also it may load randomly but then come up with clean disc error. I thought
it was disc but it is now doing it to both my xboxes. Please help!!!

 

Random disconnection from internet

hi there my Xbox one keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet for no reason when I play GTA v, every other game has no issues. It is very frustrating and getting extremely annoying now.

Can anyone help stop this happening as it only started doing it recently??

Just so we can begin to get you up and running, you've said this has been happening for a huge amount of time, has your connection with other games been fine?

Can you run a speed test?

2. Write down your download speed, upload speed, ping.
3. Report back here with that info.

Report back with that information then we can move on from there.
