Randomly Disconnected! & Game's Fault?

So I get randomly disconnected from LIVE when I have internet access. Why? And when I was playing THPS Hd i thought this happened so I went to connect and didn't work on anything? Was it games fault. It was not raining.

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

I KEEP GETTING DISCONECTED FROM XBOX LIVE

Im getting disconnected randomly aswell atm so I came on here & theres lots of posts from different people in different countries this is happening to so surely it must be an xbl problem ?

Hmm. And you are 100% sure you are the one at fault? For a lot of people who disconnect randomly the simple solution to this problem is to delete your account from the hard drive and recover it. Otherwise, this seems like a question that needs to be asked
to your network provider.

This means that you had a problem connecting to the gameservers.

I suggest restarting the game. Helped for me.

Hello @SBarnesBarnes,

Have you tried performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

I would also recommend doing the same to your modem/router too. hope that this helps.
