    Randomly disconnected from Xbox live


    My Xbox 360 disconnects from xbox live several times when I start all games and it takes several attepmts to play games. Once I'm able to play a game I can play all day. Sometimes it 2-3 times, sometimes it's 10-15. Ive read tons of other posts of others
    experiencing this same issue. All of the fixes are temporary and we should not have these types of issues when are paying for Xbox live service

    I've tried the following:

    1) restarting xbox, open/close the rom drive

    2) unplugging power cord

    3) clearing cache, deleting profile and re-downloading

    4) resetting modem, using wifi, tried wired

    5) opened various ports on modem with the help of my ISP. Internet service or speed is it an issue

    any help would be appreciated

    All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

    Is this also the reason why I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?
