Randomly Disconnected from Xbox Live

Starting a few weeks ago, whenever I try to play certain games I get disconnected from the game, as well as Xbox Live. The games I have had the greatest issues with are; Destiny, Mass Effect 3, World of Tanks and occasionally Halo 4 as well. I have tried
numerous things to try and fix this issue. At first, I suspected my internet connection, however my Xbox 360 was the only thing affected. Additionally, after contacting my internet provider, they said that there were no issues with my connection. So then I
suspected my Xbox 360 Slim. Just yesterday I bought a brand new Xbox 360 E, but I am still having the same issue. I have also tried clearing the system cache 3 times in a row then deleting and re-downloading my profile. So far nothing has worked. The only
lead I have left is the error code I recently got, which is 8015190E.

I am being disconnected from Xbox Live when I start to play World of Tanks and other games.

The forum name is "randomly being disconnected from xbox live".

 

All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

Is this also the reason why I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?

 

I am having the exact same problem except that it happens when I join a large party or it just happens randomly on specific games especially Destiny. I don't know how I can help you but I just want you to know you're not alone. :/

 

Seems like this is a thing now. Everyday I play for not even an hour I get kicked off then it tells me I cant connect to xbox live. EVERYDAY its really making me mad.

i've been having the same problem for the last 12 months. After numerous attempts at getting Xbox support to help me figure it out, I was eventually told by one of the 'support' people "your best bet is to buy an ethernet cable" - 2 problems i have: 1) if
i need an ethernet cable, what was the point in me paying extra to get a console with built in Wi-Fi?...................... 2) after purchasing the ethernet cable i am STILL getting disconnected all the time. I've tried different cables/locations etc. NOTHING
WORKS !! to me it's a faulty unit, but of course Microsoft won't admit to that !! (and as it's now gone past the warranty deadline, i suppose they don't need to)

 

8015190E this is really making frustrated with xbox. I just want to play my games online but everyday its the same bunch of BS please fix your ***.

 

I've been having the same issue. Sometimes it's every 10 minutes, sometimes once a day, always varies.

The ONLY time, I don't randomly get "Disconnected from Xbox Live" is when watching Netflix. Happens especially when gaming online, not so much if playing a campaign. I have reason to believe this is on Microsoft's end and maybe having something to do with
the xbone rollout and maybe they have server priority so 360s get dropped.

The reason I believe this is I NEVER had "Disconnected from XBOX Live" messages when I was on a Silver account. It only recently started happening when I moved to a Gold account to actually play online.

Dear Xbox/Microsoft, please fix this. It's really annoying.

I m Having the Same issue i even Increased my internet speed and nothing happens Does anyone still having this issue??

Ps: I m using an ethernet cable and can watch any video's on my pc in 1080p no problem but i keep getting disconnected from xbox live when i go on it

Hopefully someone come up with a solution for this issue

I have been having the same problem with the same Xfinity router.

 

I'm having this problem to. it mostly happens to me on black ops 2 and world of tanks. strangely call of duty ghosts seems fine, I'd say as of right now I'm able to play ghosts 4 out of 5 of the time. matchmaking takes way longer on black ops 2. I have made
a thread relating to this same thing but not yet got a reply so I saw this one so I thought to make it known that you're not alone with this problem.

(note, these speeds are what I get most of the time on the ps3 as I can't seem to test my speed on the xbox 360 via the speedtest.net or on the console)

I've escalated this to the Xbox Global Escalation Team.
