    Randomly disconnected from live


    Ever since I started using gold I noticed I would keep being randomly disconnected from live when I play any online game like black ops 2,ghost,world of tanks and even minecraft (more rare though). to define random, I could be playing in a match half way
    through, sometimes right when the match starts or either when the match is about to end or right when it ends. sometimes (rarely) when I attempt to click on online multiplayer, its completely random.

    I just want information to why this is happening. we upgraded our ISP last year so I know our internet speed and ping isn't the problem. since judging by my ps3 speed test is the closest I can get a console internet speed test I get 14MB/S down and 4MB/S
    up on average. ping is 40 (judging by my laptop).

    I was told by 3-4 reps to give a reference number to the next rep and it appears that they didn't pass on the number because I had to repeat the same steps. the steps I was told to do were clear the cache, delete my profile and put it back in, try the troubleshooting,
    after repeating I told them I'm not renewing my gold membership until this is fixed, then they said they could assure me that the troubleshooting. so please don't tell me to do anything that the tech support would tell you to do as it has failed. I know that
    it "may" be a common issue that its your internet, I've searched this issue on internet and a lot of people have been having this same issue for 3 or more years so that tells me that it must be microsofts end. I've got so tired and annoyed by this I've been
    spending most of my game time on the ps3. don't get me wrong I like the xbox 360 itself but live has been nothing but frustrating since the day I started to use live. I don't get this issue on the playstation network if that tells you anything.

    All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

    Is this also the reason why I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?
