Randomly disconnected from live.

I have worked with user support but it keeps happening. i even switched to a wired connection. no issues for over a year then a few weeks ago random disconnects and host servers not responding. not sure why i pay for this if i cant play online and there
appears to be no real answer from Microsoft support. Went through all the steps with them on the phone then of course it works for an hour or two and starts up again. this is why im getting a PS4 instead of xbox one.

I am being disconnected from Xbox Live when I start to play World of Tanks and other games.

The forum name is "randomly being disconnected from xbox live".

 

All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

Is this also the reason why I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?

 

So i have now done all the steps in the help section for this problem for wireless conection and wired since i switched over to that. I have dissabled firewalls on router everthing. This is still happening from other threads it sounds like they are pushing
the blame to comcast which works just fine for everything else including pc gaming so it appears Microsoft thinks that comcast is deliberately targeting xbox and it couldnt possibly be that they have an issue. there are way to many posts about this exact thing
but at this point i have now payed for a worthless service. my setup has worked for a year with no issue and my brother has exact same setup which works fine.
