    Randomly disconnect from xbox live


    I will be in ranked games and randomly disconnect from xbox live mid round. I have been on hold for two and a half hours waiting for a text chat! Last time I had this issue I was able to get help via the 1800 number and the agent gave me special codes
    that fixed this issue until now. How can I get a call back or some real actual help. This customer service is terrible. No excuse.
