    Random Xbox Live Suspension


    Yesterday I got back from a 10 day trip and was playing xbox for a few hours, I didn't try to purchase anything on the xbox store or really do anything except play a couple games I have installed on my xbox one x. After a few hours I got an email saying
    my account was having action taken against it out of nowhere, I clicked on the link in the email and apparently my account is having action taken against it because of "Marketplace Fraud" I have no idea what this means but all my games were either paid for
    by my credit card or with Microsoft gift cards. I tried calling support and also tried chat support but they aren't even able to give me an actual explanation or reason why this happened, what a joke! Now I'm stuck with a 7 day suspension for no real reason
    with no kind of actual explanation. If Microsoft wants to just ban or suspend their customers with no explanation then I hope they enjoy losing customers!

    The Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only they can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

    You would have to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com
    to get any info on any suspension issued by the Enforcement Team.

    The case review process on the enforcement site is the only way to converse with an Enforcement Team member.

    As far as I know there is no compensation
    But you can try asking this to Microsoft support

    This is just a guess, but reading your description it seems that you want to trade or give a service inside a game.
    Keep in mind that LFG post are intended just to search and play with other people
    Any kind of service, transfer, trade or similar is not allowed

    Here we can only guess, no one can give you the exact reason

    No one from the enforcement team view the community forums and they can’t be contacted outside the appealing system in the enforcement website

    You can clearly see me and a friend are looking for a 3rd to play with / carry in a game

    No mention of trading or any kind of exchange, we had an empty slot and were capable of clearing with 2, so looked for a 3rd to fill the space with no expectation of them to perform

    This is absolutely ludicrous to receive a suspension for offering to carry somebody in a game

    This automated reporting system is clearly being abused and needs reviewing

    "Free carries" implies we are looking for somebody to fill an empty slot in a group

    Not offering a service in exchange for anything
