Random Xbox Live Supension.

Hey!

My account was suspended by Xbox Live Enforcement team at around 5pm today (March 15th 2017) to tomorrow (March 16th 2017) at about 9 pm. I was suspended for cheating, which is absolutely unintentional .

I would like the suspension taken down and off my record since as I am guessing, it's from the spontaneous XP and modded lobbies which have been found and supported by modders throughout the Black Ops 2 online multiplayer which I had no intention of joining
which makes it unfair to me.

If I could get ahold of a email or phone number where I can contact the Xbox Live Enforcement team, I would like to have it so I can talk to them about the situation of a unfair suspension.

Hi everyone, my sons just got suspended for 7 days for no reason, Thats it for xbox, all 4 of them are going to goodwill, I cant believe that they suspend you with out even contacting you to make sure you did something wrong or if it was their error, then
they send you an email you can't reply to and when you call support they say they cant help because its a different department and there is no way to contact them. I feel sorry for my 2 sons but I will never purchase anything in regards to xbox after 5 years
of being a customer this is how Microsoft pays you back.

I'd actually think I would like to delete this, I think I remember why from a unexpected modded lobby on Black Ops 2 where someone modded the heck out of the lobby and gave everyone co host which I didn't want. Maybe I should stay away from the online multis
on the COD games and maybe stuff like that won't happen since too many modders roam these games now a days making these games less enjoyable....

Still think the suspension is unfair though since it was still unintentional as I wanted nothing to do with it but unavoidable on Blacks Ops 2 now sadly. Well might wait it out and see if I can get this situation fixed tomorrow.

You can contact them only via the website enforcement.xbox.com

This is a typical of any enforcment team there Is no unmoderated chat or phone number you can call it wouldn't make sense since they would be spammed and you'd never get thru anyways they don't exactly have time to answer spammers rather then enforce the
rules of Xbox live
