    Random Xbox live disconnections


    whenever I play multilplayer on my main Xbox one acc I get dissconected from live. I'm tried clearing my cache and files, fresh restarting, and deleting my account. I have also tried a wired connection and the problem still occured. whenever I get disconnected
    I still have wifi connection but something goes wrong. I also got a new router and had Verizon come down but this hasn't changed the situation. Just need some answers pls!
