Random Xbox Live disconnections

My xbox will randomly kick me from xbox live after a random length of time (could be 5 minutes into turning it on, could be a solid 7 hours of play and no problems, and can be days between occurrences or just minutes) When I go back to the home screen, it
shows I'm not connected at all. If I go to Network to see whats going wrong, it shows:

Set up wireless network, advanced settings, go offline, and shows that I am not connected to any networks at the moment. If i go to the test network connection on the troubleshooting, it just says "Not Connected. Your network isn't set up." As if it doesn't
even detect I was ever on a network at all.

If I go to set up a wireless network, it tells me there are no networks available. Sometimes it reconnects in the middle of while I'm looking at all this, but usually I have to shut down the console and unplug it and reboot it up, after which it all seems
to work fine....until the next random disconnect some time later.

I'm running a wireless network and have no way of making it wired and I've done all of the usual "have you tried turning it off and on" things that are asked every time.

When it disconnects, my laptop, phone, and computer are nearby and none of them have any issues with connection. I have no other xbox ones in the house. I have the xbox hooked up to its own plug in. I've tried unplugging and rebooting both the router and
the xbox multiple times.

So I have this problem EVERYDAY with my X signing out

Please try doing a factory reset to see if this helps.

If even that should not fix your problem permanently your Xbox may need to be serviced.

 

Did a factory reset, now it can't find any wireless networks at all so I can't even get passed the initial start up. :/

 

Do you have access to the router? If so please check if there probably a MAC filter is enabled which prevents the one from getting connected.

If not you may probably use the OSUDT to set up the One and then check the network settings on it.
