Random Xbox live disconnection

Hi guys

wonderin if someone can help

i recently returned from a 2 week holiday turned on my Xbox which needed an update, which I did. It then started asking me for additional security information

an extra email addresS. Which I input. Xbox reset blah blah. Signed into Xbox live with no problems. Started watching Netflix then it disconnected. So I reconnected. It has continued to do this approx every ten minutes for the past day or so? Is there any
correlation between adding another email address or is it a problem on Xboxs end.

If someone could give me some advice that would be great

p.s internet speed is fine. Connection is 100% there is nothing blocking the rooter to xbox I've checked all of this.

Could you please list the troubleshooting steps you have tried already so we don't have you repeat anything you've already attempted? Also, could you please try following this troubleshooting solution wizard as well?

Yeah I've tried that troubleshooting guide. And it didn't work

I also called Xbox support. The lady told me to change my password, which I did. Then to delete and re-download my profile. Which I also did. She assured me that this would fix my problem. But it hasn't. I'm still being signed out ever 15 minutes. It's starting
to get pretty annoying. Haha.

Whenever your console get disconnected from Live, do also receive an error code? If so, please post up the error code you're getting.

Nope no error code. Just the Xbox symbol at the bottom of the screen saying disconnected from Xbox live

Pretty confusing. Really don't understand why it's just started doing it.

Thanks for the support message.

Have you attempted to disconnect any flash drives or headsets from the console? If so, let us know if that helps.

Are you on a wired or wireless internet connection?

If wireless, try resetting your router by unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for about 45 seconds, then plug it back in and wait about 1 minute and 30 seconds and see if that resolved the issue.

If wired, try using a different port on your router.

If wireless, have you tried moving the router close to your Console? Have any other devices been having this issue? Approximately how many feet away is your router from you going straight to it.

If wireless, try to set your console up through a wired connection if possible.

If wireless, what is your internet speeds? Please go to
http://speedtest.net/ and take a screen shot of the results and post them back here (even if you know that your speeds meet the requirements) Set your laptop as close to your console as possible and run the speedtest please.

If wireless, approximately how many other networks are in your area? This can cause interference if your router is on the same channel. Not sure what I'm talking about? When you go to select/search for your network, how many other networks come up besides
yours? You can contact your Internet Service Provider and consult with them to change your network channel.

What is the make/model of your router? Who is your ISP?

PLEASE let us know if ANY of those solutions resolved your issue or not.

Hi there.

Right took me a couple days but here we go.

There are no flash headsets or anything. 1 other network in my area which is one bar weak. The consol is next to the router. I'm with Telstra. Adsl2+.

Upload speed. 0.83mbps

Download. 1.81mbps

Signal strength. 100%

Wifi speed. 65mbps

I'm very confused. None of this has helped. I'm still being disconnected an it's really starting to get annoying. Nothing has changed in the house or with my internet speed. But I'm being disconnected. No one seems to have any clue why this is happening.
Is there a way to reset the entire Xbox? Because it isn't the internet. Which works fine on two mobile phones and a laptop when we use it. Anywhere in the house or garden.
