Random XBL disconnections displaying error code 8015190E :(

I spoke with someone for a while last week concerning issues with my X Box Live service. My X Box has been randomly kicking me offline in the middle of multiplayer games and displaying error code 8015190E. Sometimes I won't be able to sign back in
for 10 minutes. Sometimes I can sign back in immediately. It is very annoying as this has been happening every 5-10 minutes... My router is a Technicolor and my provider is XFinity. Anyways... I went into my router settings and enabled UPNP and Zero Configuration,
as well as kept the DMZ enabled. I also edited my static IP in the router settings so I don't have to manually enter my static IP address for my console. Afterwards, I reset my router and everything was working properly.... For the past week... The last couple
days I have been having the same issue (Getting randomly kicked offline during Call of Duty multiplayer games, watching movies on Netflix, etc.). P.s. I also disconnected my second X Box's Ethernet cable so mine would be the only one connected because we thought
that may have been the issue before. Still has been kicking me off. Idk what to do. Thanks for your time!

    :)

I checked the Microsoft page to see if my account was blocked and it wasn't. Cleared the system cache and re-updated my console. Just reset my router so I'll keep you updated if the disconnections continue. Thanks

Another thing that might help you: The page that WPAK linked before mentions blocking due to suspicious activities. If you don't use Two Step Verification on your account, another possibility might be a malicious person abusing your account without your
    knowledge.

Or the part on your storage device that stores your profile might be corrupt.

So please check and try the following things:

Go to the page for profile security, and check if you have Two Step Verification enabled. While you enable it, you might also want to install a free Authenticator App to your smartphone
if you have an Android, iOS or Windows Phone device. If you don't have a smartphone, you can also set up Two Step Verification to send you an email, standard Text message or a voice call to give you your code. Just make sure you use a method that you can access
    "on the go".

After you properly set up Two Step Verification, you need to scroll down a bit on the page and create a so called App Password. Since the Xbox 360 can not yet request the Two Step Verification code, you need that App Password instead of your "normal" password,
when you re-download your profile in the next step.

Write down the App Password, and move to your console.

Again, try to delete your Profile from the console and clear the system cache. While in the Storage settings, insert an USB thumb drive of at least 1GB size. Ask the console to format that USB drive for use as a Memory Unit (BEWARE! Formatting the drive
will ERASE ALL DATA ON THE USB DRIVE! So make sure you backed up all important stuff to your PC beforehand!)

After you set up the Memory Unit as a storage device, re-download your profile again. Use the App password from before. Then tell the console to store your profile on the USB drive.

Check if that improves your situation.
