My Account : Big Homie Rom . Got And Unfair Supension . i Have Not Recieve Any Reasons why I Got Suspened For 2 Weeks. I have Posted On The XBLET Forum Still No Reply. Im Really Angry Because Of This Error Or Ban. I Feel I been Convicted Of A Crime I Did

review upheld thats it final / no appeal system . no reason why they upheld it no reason of what he said or done . i dont think its fair for a enforcement team to hide behind a wall and not speak with some kids parents . im not happy as they dont give a
reason why . he spends a fortune on this and this is the way he is treated . he doesnt go out just his xbox ... microsoft are unfair any company with a support team like this is unfair

When it first offers you Gold, it's with prices. If you say no to that, it gives you the offer.

If you've already finished creating the account, you can't get the free trial.

An after the fact email wouldn't change it, so the email may be a separate special random offer for you.

 

You did something, and they sent you an e-mail. Most likely it's in your junk mail folder or you are looking at the wrong e-mail. Either way the PET forum is the only place to get answers, no one here can help you.

The policy enforcement team does not read this section of the forum. The only forum they monitor is the link posted above. They will only give you the reason for the ban and will not communicate with you directly. They do a complete investigation before
they issue a ban or suspension, and it is extremely unlikely that your ban or suspension will be reversed.

Posting in the forum with the link above is the only way to receive an answer as to why you were suspended. Again, the PET does not read this forum, posting here will do you no good. I understand that you do not like the answers you have been given, but
we have given you all the information we can. I am a bit confused as in your original post you stated that " i Have Not Recieve Any Reasons why I Got Suspened For 2 Weeks" yet in your last post you state, "They Said i was cheating". It looks to me that you
have figured out the reason for your suspension, and I can tell you that the PET does not give out suspensions without a complete investigation, and confirming that the complaint lodged against an account is valid.
