Random Unfair Enforcement

Was happily playing fortnite today when i couldn't talk in party or game chat so i thought this was a bug so i should ignore it then when i reset my Xbox it turns out i got a 13 day ban from communication for doing absolutely NOTHING
and now i can't communicate to anyone and i haven't had a good reason from Xbox yet of why!!

http://enforcement.xbox.com. If eligible, submit a case review if you believe you have committed no violation of the Xbox Code of Conduct, as this will give XBLPET a chance to
review all of your chat/conversation logs.

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:
