    When I can't get online a screen will pop up to switch to random to play offline, but then when I get internet service I can't find that screen to switch it back from random. Any help?

    I'm playing free cell and spider solitaire on Xbox Microsoft solitaire collection and you can't play offline unless you play a random deck. So I switch but can't figure out how to switch back.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you provide us some more details on this issue? What platform are you on (Xbox one, 360, pc)? What do you mean by "switch to random"? is this part of a specific game, or a feature with the platform you are
    playing on?

    Xbox Live Party keeps Disconnecting multiple times

    Try deleting the account and redownloading it. Usually random disconnects are solved by this.
