Random signing out and WiFi disconnects randomly too

Literally as it says, I'll be gaming and then suddenly, I get signed out, which is VERY irritating, as well as the Xbox disconnecting randomly from the WiFi, our old ISP (BT, Plusnet, EE) used to give me a Open NAT, but the speeds were unbearable, now with a new ISP (Dyfed Telecoms) I have had a moderate NAT type, which is still tolerable, but then it did have moments where it would become strict, the UPnP would be a little weird, double NATs, Teredo problems and so on which stopped me playing online at all, we notified the ISPs they didn't even know what NAT types are, they disabled a +18 filter as far as i know but otherwise, it's the same, so far the NAT has stayed Moderate which I'm ok with, but the fact the xbox keeps signing me out or randomly disconnects from WiFi... It is rather irritating to say the least, i would ask them again but they don't know what a NAT even is, since everything else in the house doesn't need such a thing, hence why I think they don't look too deep into it before hand anyway, since they just come over, set up the mast (it uses 4G mobile data instead of physical broadband lines) so... Is its a more technical Issue? I'm even wondering if I'm getting an almost constant DDoS on my console for no reason or even if the WiFi module inside the Xbox is on it's way out, I'm running out of options, and the "speak with your ISP" option doesn't seem to work at all so.... I need all the help i can get at this point, the people at Dyfed Telecom are great people too, they just don't know what NAT stuff seems to be

I have already tried this but in the admin settings on the router, there is nothing on there to allow me to change the NAT, no matter how deep into the settings I go

Hello there!

Please try changing you NAT type, because in order for you to connect well and to not have such issue s the NAT needs to be Open.

Thank you for the reply! Regarding your issue , unfortunately only you ISP will be able to resolve it. Try contacting them and provide them with the ports that were provided and they should proceed with opening those ports.

yes i did a xbox live connection test it works after that for a wile .randomly disconnects it seas its not connected and also random sign me out of live

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with getting signed out during gameplay. I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting article: "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live". If anything, you can try to also refresh the wifi connection by power cycling your console and network hardware (router) for 5 minutes simultaneously.

Try this and let us know the results.
