Random sign out

Over the past week, my console has signed me out automatically mid-game. Then it sometimes reconnects. I’m playing Injustice 2 a lot and I’ve tried power cycle/hard reset, using different controllers and even unplugging the console. Network connection
checks fine, the iPad connects online and the Detailed network statistics are within the parameters I found online. They are:

Download 27.76 Mbps

Upload 2.52 Mbps

Latency 45 ms

I’ve also checked service status and my ISP reports no local problems.

I am out of options. Can anyone suggest what to do next?

I'm sorry to hear about the disconnect frustrations. Are you connected to your network via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi? Most random disconnects are generally because of a hiccup with your home network. Using a wired connection can generally help alleviate
that issue. You can also try
power cycling your console to see if that helps at all.

Random Sign Out

I'll be playing a game, no problems with network connectivity or anything - then all of a sudden, I get a notification that I have been signed out. Is this a problem with the Xbox itself? I am up to date with my software, so i doubt that is the issue. This
problem is persistent and very annoying - please advise, thank you!
