Random sign out problem

When I play a game online or offline I am randomly signed out and returned to the main menu on the game and sometimes to the Xbox menu. Usually if I sign back in I just have to restart the game to play, but other times it will not allow me to sign in.

I'm sorry to hear about the disconnect frustrations. Are you connected to your network via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi? Most random disconnects are generally because of a hiccup with your home network. Using a wired connection can generally help alleviate
that issue. You can also try
power cycling your console to see if that helps at all.

Can you provide a few more details? What error message are you seeing on the console and are you seeing any error codes? Try removing your profile from the console and then re-download it to see if that helps.
