    After the latest big Dashboard and Dvr updates, I am having heavy issues with connection. My Xbox connects automatically, but after 4 min or less the console will simply go offine without any reason. I try to connect again and the same thing will happen
    in less than 2 minutes. I can't play, watch vídeos, or do anything with internet. It even got the the point of sending me back about 4 levels on my online game just because there was no connection and it simply loaded an old off-line save. I tried resseting
    console on Full Shutdown, tried unplugging it, tried changing MAC adresses and everything. Nothing happenned and I'm stuck.

    I tried resetting the console, tried full console reset, tried changing router settings, and the problem keeps. It's basically turned my console in some useless product, since I cannot even play it.

    I'm getting disappointed because I've seen this error around the internet and NO ONE can give a solution, and they end up saying "uh, it must be a problem with your connection". No, It's not a connection problem since my other devices are functioning properly,
    so it was the Xbox One before the major update.

    I hope someone who encountered this problem and came through it can say something about the solution, because I'm seriously considering selling my Xbox if this problem persists. I never thought Microsoft would hide all their problems just don't responding
    or closing threads like they've done. That is my last hope for Xbox One. I already had too much problems with it.

  2. Major connection problems after system update

    Hi.

    Today I have been playing all morning with no issues whatsoever. I had FIFA 14 downloading, and I was playing online games just fine.

    Then I noticed the new system update tile on the home screen, and decided to update.

    Ever since the uodate completed, I've had no end of connection issues with my Xbox one.

    • FIFA 14 immediately went from downloading to queued, despite being connected to Xbox live and not downloading anything else. It could also not be resumed
    • Xbox live would disconnect itself, and not be able to reconnect for hours
    • Whenever I ran connection tests, it kept displaying DNS and IP errors, implying that it is my home network having issues when it is clearly not, as everything else connected is working fine
    • Whilst connected to Xbox live, synced game data could not be retrieved
    • Apps such as the Upload App could not function despite being connected,
    Like I said earlier, I was having none of the problems prior to updating. As soon as the update was complete, all of the above listed issues started.

    Is there any way to remove the update/revert to my previous console version?

    EA Connection Problems

    Has anyone tried to clear the system cache, then deleting the 14MB title update file in the BFBC2 folder? I was having problems and did this after trying to sign out and sign in, turning on and off the xbox nothing worked. I deleted those files then started
    the game. It downloaded the 14MB update again and connection is good.

    Hey there Mammothchickin,

    Can you provide a few more details? What error message are you seeing on the console and are you seeing any error codes? Try removing your profile from the console and then re-download it to see if that helps.

    yes i did a xbox live connection test it works after that for a wile .randomly disconnects it seas its not connected and also random sign me out of live

    Xbox 360 can't update

    The way that I get mine past that error code is to not do the update then run a network test which automatically signs out my account. After it completes the test and passes all the connections I have no problem signing in and downloading the update.
    Not ideal, but it works every time. Good luck and I hope this helps you out.
