  1. Random shut offs, error code E-200, now no power

Was in the middle of playing a game last night, and my Xbox began shutting off and freezing randomly. Tried to hard restart it a few times, and it would work for a few minutes before freezing and or shutting off randomly. Woke up this morning and it fired
right up, worked for about 10 minutes and shut off again. Tried to unplug restart the console and received the E-200 error message. Tried to unplug and restart it again, and now I have no power at all. Can hear something, maybe a fan?, whirring for for about
5 seconds and will do this 3 times, inside the Xbox when I push the power button. The light on the front doesn`t come on at all. Any suggestions or should I send it in?

    :)

    Hello

E200 indicates that your Xbox was updating but something went wrong. There's a few steps that

    this
    page describes as solutions.

!!! Only if the previous steps did not work !!!

If the last Offline System Diagnostic tool did not work then the only solution left is schedule a repair for your console which you can do here

    Hello

E200 indicates that your Xbox was updating but something went wrong. There's a few steps that

    this
    page describes as solutions.

Power cycle your Xbox One console and try the update again

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    2. Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.
    3. Select Start update again.
Try the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool

You can use the Xbox One
    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool
to troubleshoot a console that’s having trouble downloading the system update from Xbox Live. However, you should use it only after you have exhausted all other troubleshooting steps. The diagnostic tool file is very
large, and this troubleshooting process will take considerable time to complete.
!!! Only if the previous steps did not work !!!

Use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool to restore factory defaults

If the OSUDT file you downloaded did not resolve the problem, you’ll need to restore your console to factory defaults. To do this, return to the Xbox One

    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool
page, and this time select the
    Restore Factory Defaults
    file in Step 2.

Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected
    with the service.

If you’d like help with the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool or restoring your console to factory defaults, please

    contact Xbox Support
    .
