Random problems with games not loading

Two to three times a week I am having issues with my games not loading.

Issue A: I get a message saying "took too long to start.' error 8027025xa.

Issue B: My Xbox One S kicks me back to the dashboard when I try to load a game with no error message.

What I've tried:

1. Clearing persistent storage

2. Hard resettting and hard restarting.

3. Clear mac address.

4. Factory resettting.

5. Deleting and reinstalling games on my external hard drives

6. Exchanging for a different, brand new Xbox.

7. My inernet connection is solid and wired. I also have a PS4 and it doesn't give me any problems!

Does anyone know of a way to permanently stop these errors. I'm tired of this crap!

Long Load Times

it seems completely random now. Some days it lags on loading, other days no problem.

We are sorry these issues came up but rest assured we are here to help. Before we get started we need a bit more information, what do the Network Stats look like? Is the console connected to a power strip or directly to the wall? Let us know so we can iron
this issue out!

 

Normally I don't play mutiplayer, but i can test yhe mutiplayer connection if you want me to. I'm plugged directly into a walll outlet.

Download speed 17.92 mbps upload speed 2 .72 mbps latency 34 ms. 0%packet loss. Nat ttype is open with a wired connection. Need anymore info?

 

It also says all good for mutiplayer connection.

 

Hello Dan,

The problem is directly routed from that network status in that time period.

Remember that network status can change throughout the day, with some high traffic times and even some instances where the network is being worked on.

Any amount of the console detecting that the connection is not 100%, will cause such errors to occur.

As you have attempted different consoles, it's safe to say that the network hardware might need some investigating, i.e. router or modem.

This can occur if the network is being accessed both ways wired and wireless as they both derive from the same signal.

Have you attempted to check the router/modem device?
