    Random Mysterious Achievement and USELESS xbox support.


    I have been trying to address this issue for some time now, to no avail. An achievement popped onto my account after downloading a demo for a game. I spoke to Xbox, they said EA can remove it, I then spoke to EA, they said how would they have access to an
    Xbox Live account. I went back to Xbox, they then said, "Oh your right, we will remove the achievement as you should not have it on your account."

    Today I contacted xbox, and was told that the escalated claim has been ignored as nothing can be done about it. Excuse my OCD, but this is stressing me out. Xbox decided that the best course of action was to ignore my claim and not tell me anything. I then
    contacted them AGAIN to be told nothing can be done, I can't do anything, I have no option.

    So my account is faulty, Xbox screwed up somewhere, and it is apparent that they are not willing to do anything to accept that they screwed up. Wasting my time and my energy on there system.

    I am tired of Xbox.

    Been having this problem since yesterday, not being able to view my achievements on any device. Getting error messages on xbox one and xbox.com. Tried contacting twitter support, totally useless. Tried xbox chat support, totally useless. Need some answers!
    Only want to know if achievements that we unlock whilst this is going on will unlock after this is resolved.

    Random Mysterious Achievement and USELESS xbox support.

    The only way an achievement can be erased is with a gamerscore reset. This is an action limited to GS cheaters. You don't want that

    This is ridiculous as the score came from nowhere. I have never bought madden, only played the demo. I didn't think demos would give out gamerscores.

    I believed it a bug. And this shouldn't happen. Or someone put a full game in your console. To eliminate that. You are the only one used it. Or there other people in your place played on your XBOX ONE.

    No.It may be a bug but no one can remove an individual achievement.

    As mentioned,a full gamerscore reset is only done to people who mod their gamerscores.
