Random live disconnection

Playing pay day 2 I noticed it will randomly disconnect from live. its not my router resetting, and I doubt a bug in payday 2 will cause my live to disconnect me, but idk. Anyone else experience this?

idk why but when i play gow 3 got some random disconnection

Random Live Disconnection

Hello.

Randomly disconnects from Xbox Live when doing anything online, including navigating through the shop and viewing youtube or Yomvi(Spanish TV provider).

This happens since last update, three days ago, and the only thing that has changed is that update, so its not isp problem, wifi or router, I think.

I've been using the same config, modem and ISP for at least two years without a problem, thats why I think its because of the last update why i have this problem

if you have an external hardrive try taking that off then starting it then turning it off and replacing the drive. it fixed mine last night!
