    Random hard lock on Microsoft Edu.


    Can anyone help, as we use Minecraft Edu within the school and only on IT suite seems to be having the issue that the program will randomly hard lock the computers. The systems are AMD 5600x, with 3060 8gb Nvidia cards, running Windows 10. All other suites which are Intel I5's run without issue

    MS Account Recovery thinks I am trying to recover an EDU account, but I am trying to recover an Xbox account that uses my former school email that I no longer have access to.

    I'm really confused, the EDU account that was used to set up the Xbox account, was a Google based EDU account, not one provided by Microsoft. I am not trying to even get into the email account, I just want to be able to recover the MS Live account that uses it.

    it blocks the site that lets me update minecraft edu and ill try the othher option and see if that works thanks for all your help by the way I know this must be hard working 24/7.

    go to bing.com and sign-in with your msn, live, hotmail or windows edu email address. it on works with microsoft email accounts. being using it since march 2010.

    Probably it’s because you’re using a regular-personal Microsoft account.

    You need to use a school email. Something like yyyyy @schoolname . edu
