    Ive bought a used xbox one and it was fully reset so i logged in on my account, when i went to tge my games menu ot had some games on the ready to install tab, games like Assassin's creed origins and GTA V. Does this mean i have them to play or what?

    My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

    No, i only got the xbox a few day ago and i have only used it to play forza and warframe, i had a go installing Assassin's creed origins and its like i actually own it.

    No, i only got the xbox a few day ago and i have only used it to play forza and warframe, i had a go installing Assassin's creed origins and its like i actually own it.

    I have the same problem with every game I try to start up, including free-to-play games.

    Tried a full system reset (whilst keeping my games and apps installed) and now I get a random assortment of "Getting your game ready" and "Something went wrong".

    I hope this helps i would suggest if you can try and do Power cycle and see if that helps resolve the issue.

    Please let us know if it does if it does not we can try and investigate further.

    The game does not show on my Xbox one store because it cannot be bought for the one, but instead is backwards compatible. It is CSGO
