Random Freezing with Live TV

There are many threads over this. Let your customers know if you're working on a fix and tell your service staff to stop telling us to send in the XB1 because its broken. If there is no fix currently you are just wasting our time. At least the 360 RROD
was fixable. Give us some bit of information!

Scientific Atlantic 8300 HD works fine directly connected to the TV. I went through the common sense steps customer service suggested multiple times before I spoke with them. Everything worked fine for a couple weeks the bam major frustration. And to
think I just had my wife thinking this was a great idea.

What's going on Microsoft?

PC HDMI Passthrough Video Lag

+1 here. mine just ends up freezing at random times as well. What type of graphics card are you guys running? Do you have a receiver in there as well or are you just using TV speakers?

 

Halo MCC freezing at random points?

Hi guys,

I've been playing Halo MCC recently and since the latest patch came out for it, the game has been freezing during the campaigns. It usually when Cortana has some audio but it has also happened a couple of times when i'm just wandering around.

Is this a known issue or is there some fix I can do at my end?

I have the same problem with the same cable box. I switched the cable box to output 720p and now only occasionally have the issue when change to a new channel, and then after 2 seconds it unfreezes. Not ideal, but at least its a workaround for now.

 

The tv app has stopped working for me. To say I am not happy is an understatement. Microsoft, you are the new Comcast. Trash product, trash support, trash company.

 

We'll come on, are any 'support' people going to show up and tell us to reboot our consoles again and again and again? Come on, you know that's all you've got. Can you guess how many times my PS4 has stopped functioning since I bought it?
