    Random Errors on Redeeming Code


    The lack of support is stunning. I've tried multiple times to redeem a code for 12 month subscription to xBox Live Gold, and get random code errors that have no further support. Simply tells me sorry, try again later.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Hey there -

    Are you trying to redeem your code via your Xbox console? If so, can you try redeeming it via the website and see if that works? Also take a look at the support page regarding

    errors redeeming codes     as well.

    what is the error code you get on the website? It will appear in the bottom right corner of the redeem box and look like lines of random letters and numbers.

    wont let me put in my redeem code for 3 months gold keeps comin up error and it keeps disconnection me from xbox live iv reset the router and all loads of times anyone no whats wrong ??

    I'm not sure if I understand your problem correctly, but if you receive an error trying to redeem a code, I suggest you try doing it on the website. You can see how to do it in this article:
