    I recently got a random email from [Mod removed- Personal Information]
    that was completely blank... What confuses me is that it was on my gmail which I believed was in no way connected to my xbox. I was wondering about the authenticity of the email and how something like this could happen?

    (This is under accessibility as I have no idea what I should put it under)

    Any email on the forums is considered personal information as any community member (or random person on the internet) can potentially send stuff that way and it could lead to problems with harassment and spam

    Hey there Altered!

    Sorry about the confusion.

    I looked around and couldn't find any information on whether or not that was authentic.

    It could be an ad from marketing, however I would not worry about it if it is not connected with your profile.

    If you get any more, I would say just to block incoming emails from that address.
