Random Disconnects

For months now I've been experiencing disconnects from Xbox. At first I chocked it up to poor internet and a bad router, but now I've switched and I have an Open NAT type and good download speeds. Despite this I still get disconnected from games and
parties at random. Sometimes I can last a few hours without a disconnect and other times I'm booted every 10 minutes!

I've tried just about every trick in the book at this point. I've power cycled my console numerous times, rebooted my router and even gone and port forwarded all recommended Xbox Live ports. Switching to a wired Ethernet connection didn't even work,
as I thought it might have been due to Wi-Fi interference.

I called my ISP the other day and they said everything on their end was fine. The game I'm currently having issues with is Red Dead Online, and yes I know that Rockstar is known to have disconnect issues with this game. That however does not explain
why I'm booted out of Xbox Live parties everytime I disconnect from the game.
