Random disconnects in game/party, but not from live

Hello all,

I have been having an on going issue with disconnects that I have not been able to resolve.

Issue example: playing GTA 5 It will say everyone left and put me in my own game, party chat will also say, "network setting block party chat" or something similar. This isn't subject to just GTA, just a recent example. I don't seem to lose connection to
XBL, but it seems like there is a slight interruption in the connection.

Things I have tried -

Port forward common XBL ports to my xbone's internal static IP.

New cables from modem/router/xbox.

A new cable drop installed to my house.

Reset modem/router.

Deleted/reinstalled profile.

Factory reset xbone.

I don't seem to have any issues with anything else, only the xbox. Yet, I don't know of anything else that would require as much on demand connection as my xbox. This is my second xbone (first one's HD failed), and I can't recall having the issue with my
previous one. I am considering to build a network monitor out of a raspberry pi to see if the issues is in my connection or not.

Detailed Network Statistics -

Download Speed: 51.15 mbps

Upload Speed: 5.21 maps

Packet Loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Larency: 73

Anyone have any insight?

Sorry to hear about the network issues. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

I install Black ops ll but I have been disconnect from Live Just from this game.

 

If you have problems to join or host a multiplayer game, this is because your NAT type is set to moderate or strict. If you want to change your NAT type, it can be difficult, but you can modify it by following the steps:

support.xbox.com/.../nat-error-solution

 

these issues are almost always the fault of the router , especially if your using a "gateway" from your isp ....list your brand and model # to see if its one of the usual suspects...

you have a separate modem and router so that's an easy test , plug the xbox into the modem and reboot everything , then see if its any better ...if it is , then your router is the bad guy....
