    Random disconnects from Xbox live on 360 and one


    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Canada, Alberta

    Modem brand & model number: Motorola Sb5102

    Router brand & model number: Dlink Dir 862l Ac1600 dual band gigabit

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 360, 1 xbox one

    Wired or wireless (for each console): 360 is wireless and xbox one is hardwired to router

    Things you have tried: reset both consoles, refreshed router,modem, cycled down all. Speed test via xbox and website

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No

    Any Error Codes you encounter: Non

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Shaw

    Did a speed test everything turns out OK. But still they both drop. Called ISP they state all is well. Just purchased a new router it's a month old. My 360 drops regularly can be single player gaming, multiplayer or watching netflix. I'll wait a few minutes
    then it comes back on. My xbox one does not drop as much. I'm frustrated with my ISP and router as no one is actually giving me much help . Also if I try to broadcast via xbox one it is laggy.

    My speed as of right now is

    2.8 mbps

    2.49 mbps
