Random Disconnects from XBL Internet just fine

-Clearing Cache 3 times

-Deleting Xbox profile and redownloading

-Deleting all my content on my hard drive and redownloading

-Changing my router

-resetting network settings to default

-changed out my ethernet wire

-Tried switching to static IP

-Put Xbox into DMZ mode

-Opened up all the ports required, as posted in troubleshooting section

Hello I've been experiencing problems with my XBL for the past month. Up until now, I have been able to play on XBL without any problems. Recently, I've noticed XBL sometimes just disconnects for no apparent reason. My internet is fine because
I am able to browse and surf the web, and my ping shows to be very low. Specifically, in Street fighter 4, the game just keeps trying to find new games but nothing is found. Eventually I get a message saying I am disconnected from XBL, and when I try to reconnect,
it says Unable to sign in at this time. I ran the Wired Network test and it shows everything to be connected. I've tried to scan these forums and tried a lot of the suggested troubleshooting steps, but it seems like the problem keeps happening. Any assistance
would be appreciated.

Xbox one fps lag on all games and crashing.

My internet is fine almost all the time. Never truly have internet lag. Only random disconnects without losing internet.

 

Xbox Live is acting crappy again.

well XBL is up and running have you checked your connection speed, or your ISP could be doing some work and that can disconnect you from the internet at random intervals.

 

Not a network problem, so it must be a problem with corrupted data or missing files. What you want to do is this

Clear the system cache on any storage devices on your console, delete your profile, check your storage devices for corrupted data (if any does show up, delete it) turn off your console, unplug all the cords, hold down the power button or 30 seconds, plug
everything back in, turn on console, redownload profile.

 

Unfortunately this didn't work. I deleted my profile, redownloaded it, cleared the system cache 3 times, and deleted all my game info for safe measure. the system still seems to disconnect every few minutes or so when playing super street fighter 4.

 

I Have seen many people with this type of problem and the only close solution that I have found is to change your DNS to manual under network settings and configure it manually to YOUR ISP DNS . Reason why this is because of the fact many routers nowadays
use DNS caching, While this will lower the response on the web and make it faster it seems this has effected Xbox live in my personal experience. So to fix this follow these steps, I cannot Guarantee this will fix your problem it may or may not work but this
will not make things worse by any chance

Go to Network Settings under system settings

Click on Wired

Configure

Scroll to DNS

Change to Manual

Primary is to be either 8.8.8.8 or use your ISP 75.75.75.75

Secondary is to be either 8.8.4.4 or use your ISP 75.75.76.76

Lastly Click Done (Note if you are signed into Xbox Live IT WILL sign you out)

Restart Your Console and Sign Back In to see if your problem is resolved

Note: I cannot guarantee this will work but nor will it make it worse so its a win win or no gain
