Random disconnects at 10-15 minute intervals help me

I'm from the uk London i have a virgin media super Hub 2 I have the only xb1 connected to the router It's a wireless connection that has been sexy till a few weeks ago wired is not an option i have tried port forwarding, cleared cache, rebooted router/Xbox
all that stuff. I have a constant open nat with a 70 or so down and a 12up no error codes only that I require xbl connection then the connection reconnects instantly Spoken to virgin on the phone everything seems good on there end. This is a problem throughout
the day. Not only at peak times. i have a new router to try to fix this but the problem remains the same. and my xb works fine at my friends house. Please help I'm getting withdrawal symptoms from not being able to kill things.

    :)

  2. Cod wwii multiplayer shutdown

When playing multiplayer the console suddenly shuts down for no apparent reason. It does this at random intervals, 10 minutes of play, 30 minutes, etc. I’ve cleaned console and power brick, tried hard reset and adjusted power settings to no effect. Other
games and apps work fine. Help?

  3. Controller disconnects at random intervals

    Hey there lukewarmwalker!

Sorry to hear about the controller disconnects. We appreciate the information that you have provided regarding this issue. Another suggestion that I recommend would be to try syncing your controllers with a different console if possible. This way we can see
if the issue continues with the current controllers you are using, making it easier to determine if the issue is specific to your console. Another suggestion would be to check to see if there might be any objects causing interference, such as; Metallic objects
( metal shelves or dividers, entertainment center doors), cordless phones, microwaves or wireless routers.

I can understand that you may not prefer to have your console replaced, but If you have exhausted all further troubleshooting steps, I recommend having your console repaired. You can find out more information regarding repair on our Xbox
    One repair: Frequently asked questions
page. You can process a repair through our Online Service Center.

Super hub 2 are known for this very issue on wireless , this is from the page on that router ....

There is a current known issue where the SuperHub 2 will cause constant disconnections in multiplayer-based games if on Wireless.

The issue is currently being investigated by Xbox and Virgin Media.

    and also .....

    Known Issues

This Gateway will sometimes cause issues connecting with cloud based games, resulting in a timeout with "Unable to join session" status message. This is due to the Gateway being configured to disable IPSec Pass-Through by default. IPSec Pass-Through is required
to establish multi-player sessions. To resolve this issue, you must enable IPSec Pass-Through on the Gateway..

if wired is not an option , you will probably need a different router ....

  11. Then it wont be any different , same firmware as what you already had .....

I did find this as a possible fix though , you can try it .....

Login into your Super Hub 2 router settings (using a browser type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar).

    Default password is "changeme".

    Select "Advanced Settings".

    Select "Wireless Radio".

Depending which frequency you are connected to (2G or 5G), change the wireless mode to 54Mbps.

    Click "Apply"

If you tried something different than what is posted above that resolved the issue please post the solution here as it may help other users. As Bimnog has stated the Super Hub 2 is known to have issues in connecting successfully to the XBOX One and any
different suggestions that help correct the issues are appreciated. Good Luck and Happy Gaming!
